Refund Policy

Camp Registration

Camps will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Early registrations are strongly encouraged! Without advanced reservation and payment, participation CANNOT be guaranteed.

Refunds – Camps and Clinics

Refunds for camps and clinics will be made if requested in writing, by email or in person at the On Deck Circle office according to the schedule listed below.

Refunds in the form of a personal check may take up to 4-6 weeks for processing.

We reserve the right to grant exceptions to the stated policy in situations including, but not limited to, illness and death in the immediate family.

• At least 7 days before start of the camp: 100% Refund minus a $10 Administrative Fee
• Less than 7 days before start of the camp: 50% Refund minus a $10 Administrative Fee
• After the start of the camp:* No Refunds

-No refunds or credits issued for voluntary withdrawal, no shows, or the expulsion from camp.

-In case of injuries and illness, with a valid letter from your physician, participant will receive a gift card prorated for the days missed towards a future On Deck Circle camp, less a $75 administration fee.

In the event that On Deck Circle cancels a camp or clinic, we will offer you the opportunity to enroll in another camp or provide you with a full refund.

Acceptance & Behavior Policy

On Deck Circle reserves the right to dismiss anyone from camp who has acted inappropriately. A camper whose behavior has been deemed inappropriate and/or does not abide by camp rules, will be required to depart camp as soon as parents have been notified and transportation is secured. Campers will not receive any refunds if they are dismissed.

Cancellations for Team Reservations

Any team that cancels their reservation without at least 8 hours notice, will be charged for the cage time.

Cancellations for Prepaid Rentals

The payment becomes non-refundable within 24 hours of the reservation.

Cancellations/No Show for Private Lessons

For lessons with Jesse Garcia, a credit card number is required at the time of the lesson reservation. All lessons cancelled less than 8 hours of scheduled reservation time will be charged the full price for the lesson.

Birthday Parties

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking the party. The balance of fee is due and payable at the end of the party.
